SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) is seeking an 11th Grade Program Manager to join their High School Scholars team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to impact the organization and directly serve students. The 11th Grade Program Manager will advise and manage a cohort of up to 60 high school Scholars, fostering a culture of high achievement and a supportive community.
Responsibilities: - Lead and implement SEO Scholars programming.
- Monitor Scholar performance and engagement.
- Create an inclusive environment.
- Collaborate on college advising curriculum.
- Provide academic advising and psychosocial guidance.
- Support the mentor program.
- Manage dual enrollment partnerships.
- Serve as the primary parent contact.
- Facilitate instructor check-in meetings.
- Collaborate with other grade-level staff.
- Foster relationships with partners.
- Manage data effectively.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years’ public teaching/counseling experience strongly preferred.
- Direct experience working with high school-age students.
- Experience in student coaching and advising.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
