Agile Project Manager

Job Description

The Weather Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive key initiatives for its Enterprise business using Agile methodologies. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, and aligning project goals with strategic business objectives. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordinating, and managing Agile projects from initiation to completion.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement.
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Providing leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Managing customer expectations and balancing team goals.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 5+ years of Agile project management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience managing software development projects and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
