Lead Product Manager

Job Description

The Weather Company is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the development and execution of its web strategy, aligning with the company's consumer product vision and business objectives. • Developing and maintaining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identifying market opportunities through customer feedback and competitive analysis.
• Prioritizing product features and enhancements.
• Leading cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch new features.
• Owning the product development lifecycle.
• Defining product requirements and creating wireframes.
• Conducting market research and analyzing product performance data.
• Serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the product team.
• Mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a consumer environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
