Job Description
Critical Mass is seeking a Media Supervisor to ensure campaign activations align with channels and budgets. The Media Supervisor will manage programmatic media buying across multiple channels and foster internal and external relationships. They will communicate campaign progress and provide strategic recommendations. The Media Supervisor will also lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring collaboration with internal business partners.Role involves:
- Managing Paid Media billing through Prisma.
- Streamlining processes between Prisma and ad tech platforms.
- Stewarding the trafficking process.
- Leading and mentoring a team of associates.
- Driving the adoption of Media Activations best practices.
- Ensuring seamless communication between teams and partners.
- Staying current with industry trends.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of media experience, with an emphasis on billing for Paid Media.
- Advanced skills utilizing Prisma.
- Proficiency in trafficking and reporting, with experience in platforms like Prisma, DV360 and TTD.
- Experience leading and guiding a team.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-awareness/professionalism in all interactions.
