Lead Engineer - Java

• Designing and implementing scalable and robust systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
• 6 to 9 years of experience in software/performance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases like Postgres, Big Table/Dynamo/Cassandra, Redis.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in addition to experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
