Technology Recruiting Analyst

Job Description

Five Rings, a proprietary trading firm, is seeking a Technology Recruiting Analyst to work closely with the Technology Recruiting Lead. This role involves facilitating candidate processes, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The analyst will also represent Five Rings at on-campus events and collaborate with the recruiting team on various projects.

• Facilitate multiple simultaneous candidate processes
• Screen resumes/applications and interview candidates
• Schedule and coordinate multi-stage technical interviews
• Uphold effective communication between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Represent Five Rings at on-campus events and initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS
• Collaborate with different members of the Recruiting team

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
