Inizio is seeking an Analyst for Advisory Research Consulting in Gurugram, India. Inizio is a strategic partner for health and life science businesses, connecting strategic, analytic, and creative capabilities to unlock healthcare innovation. The Analyst will play an active role in engagements, performing complex analyses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.Role involves:

• Research, information synthesis, and analysis.
• Performing complex analyses and handling sections in larger assignments.
• Playing an active role in all aspects of an engagement.
• Delivering quality work under guidance.

Requirements:

• M Pharm and MBA or PG (Life Sciences) and MBA.
• 2-4 years of experience in the Pharma domain or in a Consulting Company.
• Domain knowledge of the Pharma sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Conceptual, analytical & tactical thinking, strategic thought process.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
