Job Description
Valera Health is seeking a Part-time Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their two WeWork locations in Brooklyn, NY. This role is crucial for maintaining a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment for the company's employees. The Office Manager will work approximately 20 hours per week and will be responsible for managing mail processing, office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. They will also assist with planning and coordinating internal meetings, events, and company celebrations.
  • Managing all aspects of office operations
  • Handling mail processing using a digital platform or physical scanning
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining vendor relationships
  • Assisting with planning and coordinating internal meetings, events, and company celebrations
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Office administrator, assistant, or manager
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency with Google tools
