Job Description
Legion Technologies is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their team in Bucharest, Romania, on a hybrid basis. This individual contributor role focuses on leading customers to implement well-designed workforce management solutions that streamline operational efficiency. The Senior Consultant will lead the evolution of Legion's implementation methodology, configure and test the system, deliver training, and manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
The role involves:
- Promoting the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology.
- Managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
- Configuring Legion products according to the solution blueprint.
- Assisting customers with software testing and roll-out activities.
- Delivering live customer training.
- Leading and facilitating discussions and workshops with customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience implementing software and configuring Workforce Management solutions.
- Experience in Customer Success.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
