Intern, Product Management

Job Description

Workato is seeking a Product Management Intern to contribute to Workato Insights, its business intelligence tool. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and go-to-market, to shape the product lifecycle and drive its success. This role involves user research, AI & BI research, assisting in product development, go-to-market enablement, documentation, data analysis, and market research.

• Collect customer stories and translate feedback into actionable improvements.
• Conduct research on emerging AI tools and analytics platforms.
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Empower GTM and CS to evangelize Workato insights.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation.
• Analyze product usage data to identify patterns and trends.
• Stay updated on trends in business intelligence and automation.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or SAP.
• Experience with automation and integration concepts is a plus.
• Knowledgeable about AI LLMs, Agent, and AI tools.
• Strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and organizational skills.
