Hill & Knowlton is seeking a Vice President of Public Affairs for Western Canada. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the growth and success of the Public Affairs practice in Western Canada, while also contributing to the overall national Public Affairs strategy. The individual will be a key member of the H&K Western Canada team, playing a critical role in business development, client leadership, and team mentorship.
What this role involves: - Serving as a senior advisor to clients on public affairs issues.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive public affairs strategies.
- Overseeing the execution of client projects.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to the Public Affairs team.
- Contributing to the strategic plan for the H&K Western Canada Public Affairs practice.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Requirements: - Proven track record of success in Public Affairs.
- Experience in growing a Public Affairs practice or business unit.
- Strong understanding of the political and regulatory landscape in Western Canada, especially British Columbia.
- Excellent business development, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
