Job Description
Butternut Box is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team at Rudie's Kitchen in Blyth, Doncaster. This role, also known as a Skilled Operator, involves working in a food manufacturing environment to ensure the smooth operation of production lines. The ideal candidate will be a dog lover with previous machine operative experience and a strong understanding of safety procedures.

Role Involves:
- Driving line performance and diagnosing operational issues
- Conducting quality checks to meet product specifications
- Performing machine hygiene and changeovers
- Preparing ingredients and mixing recipes
- Operating production line equipment
- General tasks such as waste processing and order packing
- Maintaining facility hygiene
Requirements:
- Previous machine operative experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and high-speed machinery
- Excellent knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations
- Working level of English
- Numeracy skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfort working in a chilled environment and with raw protein
- Commitment to food quality
- Team player
