Job Description
Smartsheet, a company that provides work management and automation solutions, is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting product use, and ensuring customer retention within the EMEA region. The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary contact for key customers, understand their success criteria, address inquiries, and resolve issues, ultimately becoming a trusted advisor.
The role is based in London or remote eligible in the UK, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success. The Customer Success Manager will lead the onboarding of enterprise-level customers, design and execute customer engagement strategies, and act as a Smartsheet expert to help customers achieve business outcomes.
Role Involves:
- Leading the onboarding of enterprise-level customers.
- Designing and executing customer engagement strategies.
- Acting as a Smartsheet expert and trusted advisor.
- Conducting regular Customer Success Reviews.
- Developing scalable tools and best practices.
- Analyzing usage data to provide strategic guidance.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for high-impact customer situations.
- Collaborating with Sales and Professional Services.
- Providing customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Requirements:
- Proven account management experience in SaaS environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience maintaining valuable relationships with a diverse customer account base.
- Outstanding task management skills.
- Passion for working with web-based technologies.
- Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
- French fluency is required.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
