Job Description
InMobi is seeking an Associate Program Management professional to coordinate learning and development programs in Bangalore. The role involves managing the end-to-end operational aspects of the L&D cycle and supporting the L&D team in streamlining the execution of learning plans across the organization. The Associate will collaborate with trainers, facilitators, speakers, and external consulting organizations to ensure the effective execution of all learning and development initiatives.In this role, the Associate will:
  • Calendarize training offerings based on learning & development strategy.
  • Enable exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • Manage reporting and completion statistics of essential trainings.
  • Manage program communication, enrollments, and logistics.
  • Serve as the employee SPOC for routine query resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure L&D services are provided.
  • Maintain global program tools and learning management systems.
  • Collect and maintain information to evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements for this role include:
  • A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Aspiration in Learning & Development career.
