Job Description
InMobi is seeking a Director of Sales for Glance TV, based in New York. This role focuses on driving revenue and market adoption for Glance TV's advertising solutions. The Director will build strong relationships with agency holding companies and key clients, emphasizing managed service campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CTV landscape and a proven track record in digital media and advertising technology.In this role, the Director of Sales will:
  • Build the Glance brand in the market to drive familiarity, adoption, and revenue.
  • Engage with Operations, Demand Partnerships, and Marketing teams regarding new product solutions and releases.
  • Represent Glance at industry-relevant functions to increase its visibility and influence annual commitments.
  • Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by uncovering key business requirements and pain points.
  • Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through InMobi’s CRM (Salesforce).
The requirements for this role include:
  • 15+ years in digital, media, or ad tech sales.
  • 5+ years of advanced TV advertising experience.
  • Experience in selling CTV to agency holding companies, via managed service and/or programmatic.
  • Deep relationships within the CTV space in the advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with TV Measurement and CTV Technical expertise.
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Proven executive presence and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with senior-level clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
