Security Compass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their product leadership team and drive the strategy for their Application Security Training portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and grow the existing training portfolio. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, conducting customer interviews, analyzing market data, and supporting go-to-market plans.Security Compass is a remote-first company with a head office in Toronto, encouraging team members to connect in the office as desired.
What this role involves: - Developing a deep understanding of the Application Security Training customer base and user journey.
- Developing and executing a roadmap for new training content and learning management platform features.
- Collaborating with designers, researchers, engineers, and LMS administrators.
- Aligning go-to-market activities with marketing and revenue teams.
- Communicating product content and features to stakeholders and customers.
- Using product data and market insights to inform decisions and improve products.
Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise (B2B) SaaS.
- Experience in e-learning, educational technology, adult learning, corporate training, or content management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, especially technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to grow mature products through innovation and data-driven iteration.
- Proven collaboration across product, design, engineering, marketing, support, and field teams.
- Strong analytical mindset.
