Senior Professional Services Manager, ALPR

Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Professional Services Manager to lead the deployment of its License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology for public safety and government agencies. This role involves technical project management, field operations, and customer engagement to ensure successful deployments that protect lives and build safer communities. The Senior Professional Services Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Professional Services.He/She will be responsible for:

• Serving as the technical project manager across deployment phases.
• Acting as the primary liaison with law enforcement agencies, city departments, utility companies, and contractors.
• Continuously improving field operations using deployment data and feedback.
• Overseeing and coordinating third-party vendor installations.
• Leading full Outpost deployments from planning to success tracking.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
• Upholding a culture of quality, safety, and respect.
• Using digital tools to communicate and track project progress.
• Interpreting electrical blueprints and wiring schematics.

Axon requires:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience or certifications.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, systems deployment, or field operations.
• Proven success leading multi-site, high-impact technical deployments.
• Strong working knowledge of hardware systems, networking fundamentals, and site infrastructure prep.
• Deep familiarity with low- and high-voltage power systems, mechanical installation practices, and field safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and work with government agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
