The (Senior) Business Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and designing automation solutions, incorporating BPM workflow tools like Camunda, while adhering to regulatory requirements. He/She will define technical and functional requirements for process automation in collaboration with clients and support the implementation of innovative technologies.

Role Involves:

• Analyzing, planning, and designing automation solutions.
• Defining technical and functional requirements for process automation.

• Assisting in the planning and management of projects in process design and business transformation.

Requirements:

• Experience in consulting or project management within financial services.
• Deep understanding of business processes in the banking environment.
• Experience with financial regulatory topics.
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and classical project management approaches.
• Knowledge of various tools for process modeling, project management, and analysis.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Unrestricted mobility nationally and internationally.
