Job Description
Veeam, a market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Customer Success Strategic Representative to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. This role focuses on renewing customer maintenance contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and add-on sales. The Customer Success Representative will manage a pipeline, conduct customer experience assessments, and work cross-functionally with various departments. They will also assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket assistance, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with Salesforce.com.Responsibilities:
  • Overachieving quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals
  • Managing annual pipeline and reaching out to customers before support expiration
  • Cold calling customers with lapsed support to reactivate support
  • Working cross-functionally to prepare special terms and create NSQs
  • Communicating and selling complicated offers
  • Accurate forecasting and business analysis
  • Assisting customers with licensing transfers and support ticket assistance
  • Ensuring appropriate support to Veeam’s channel partners
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.com
  • Managing inbound renewal inquiries
  • Prioritizing workload to meet KPIs and SLAs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Advanced English and German language skills
  • Relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs
  • Experience with large-scale, enterprise-level accounts
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
