Job Description
Vow, a cultured meat company, is seeking a Head of Growth & Revenue for a 12-month maternity leave cover in Sydney, Australia. This role involves leading sales, marketing, and communications efforts to expand Vow's product strategy across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. The Head of Growth & Revenue will report to Vow’s COO to build and grow the foundations of our commercial arm.
Role Involves:
- Managing sales, marketing, and communications efforts.
- Executing an effective product expansion strategy.
- Building and scaling consumer followings for future products and brands.
- Pioneering commercial expansion strategy.
- Overseeing team members who drive field sales, brand marketing, PR, content design, trade marketing, product marketing, and demand planning efforts.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and commercial roles.
- Experience working with emotionally engaging brands.
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
