Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Director of Creative Strategy to lead and inspire creator-first strategies for new business pitches and special projects. The Director will play a creative and strategic leadership role, consistently pushing creative boundaries for clients and staying ahead in the evolving landscape of social media and the creator economy. This role involves developing culturally relevant pitch decks, serving as a strategic thought partner, and leading creative strategies grounded in actionable insights. The Director will also support senior-level presentations, contribute to the evolution of Whalar’s creative strategy capabilities, and lead internal presentations and client-facing POVs.
- Develop creative, culturally relevant, and insight-driven pitch decks.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Client Business Lead.
- Lead compelling, creator-led creative and social strategies.
- Support senior-level presentations and strategic initiatives.
- Lead productive and inspiring brainstorms and ideation sessions.
- Must have direct experience developing creator campaigns.
- Minimum of 9 years experience in creative, social media, and content strategy.
- Fluency in social media platforms and their unique dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
- Experienced at pitching and presenting to clients and team members.
