Frontend Engineer

Job Description

Typeform is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join their team. The Frontend Engineer will focus on delivering key product features and ensuring an exceptional experience for customers. The engineer will collaborate on developing new features, reviewing pull requests, maintaining code quality, and participating in team ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality React applications with TypeScript.
• Implement and maintain styling and UI/UX best practices.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and execute testing strategies.
• Participate in Root-Cause-Analysis (RCA) exercises.
• Be part of an on-call rota.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of React, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with experience in GitHub Actions.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as Jest, Cypress, and VRT.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
