Embedded DevRel Lead

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking an Embedded DevRel Lead to join its Marketing team. This role focuses on engaging with individual developers pushing the boundaries of AI hardware. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and executing strategies to connect with developers in both existing and new spaces.This role involves:

• Crafting strategies to connect with high-leverage developers.
• Embedding at major and niche developer events, conferences, hackathons, and meetups.
• Engaging 1:1 with developers across online platforms.
• Initiating and nurturing VIP dev relationships.
• Surfacing insights and dev feedback across marketing and product teams.
• Driving original dev-focused events, dinners, and field activations.
• Amplifying developer wins and breakthroughs across channels.
• Advocating thoughtfully for our tech.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML tooling and compute (esp. Pytorch, tensorflow, jax, etc.).
• Passion about AI and compute.
• Fluency with open source development practices and tools (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Real dev chops, not a god, but enough to hack your own and speak the language.
• Previous experience building community via physical space or gatherings.
