Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Global Sales team. This is a hunting role focused on driving net new business for Remote's Global HR Platform. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for building key customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals. They will work independently and as part of a team, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.

What this role involves:
  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Presenting information to potential clients and answering their questions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to support the client process.
  • Closing sales deals and guiding clients through the process.
  • Providing support and coaching to other Account Executives.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle.


Requirements:
  • Proven success in building customer relationships.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Extensive experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Experience with CRM tools.
