OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Manila, Philippines. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital projects. The Senior Account Manager will lead project delivery from ideation to execution for various brands, working with multiple teams. They will also support business growth by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding creative services agency and contribute to transforming clients' marketing capabilities.
  • Managing day-to-day execution of accounts.
  • Delivering growth and achieving growth targets.
  • Managing and developing positive client relationships.
  • Managing and developing junior team members.
  • 5 years of experience outside of the studio.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and skill sets.
  • Evidence of growth and a record of re-signing accounts.
  • Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
  • Proven communication skills at all levels.
  • Financial rigor and business acumen.
  • Understanding of OLIVER products and demonstrable leadership abilities.
