Job Description
OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Manila, Philippines. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations in the studio, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure the on-time, on-brief delivery of high-quality digital projects. He/She will lead project delivery from ideation to execution for a number of brands, working with multiple internal and external teams. The Senior Account Manager will support business growth by ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He/She will also work closely with the Account Director and Business Director to ensure that the Clients are happy, and to look for up-selling opportunities.
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of accounts.
- Accountable for the delivery of growth and achievement of growth targets.
- Accountable for receiving positive Client feedback for all projects delivered.
- Manage and develop positive Client relationships.
- Manage and develop junior team members.
- 5 years of experience from outside of the studio.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management level.
- Experience of managing multiple teams and skill sets.
- Evidence of growth.
- Record of re-signing accounts.
- Self-motivated, working with little supervision.
- Collaborative team player, open minded and non-political.
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior to senior-levels in the business.
- Discrete about all confidential and personal information.
- Driven, proactive, helpful, and an enthusiastic team player.
- Financial rigor and business acumen.
