Job Description
OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will increase brand awareness for Beauty lead brands/campaigns. This role is located in Mumbai, India.
The Junior Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Developing content ideas and write and curate content.
- Planning shoots and coordinating with agencies.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of all influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Setting up and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign’s success.
- Researching market data and trends to establish best practices related to influencer campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or any similar field.
- Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience in Beauty brands.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or TapInfluence).
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
