OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to join their team in Mumbai. This role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for leading beauty brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty and FMCG sectors, as well as a passion for AI and new technologies.About CompanyEstablished in 2004, OLIVER is the world’s first and only specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands.   • Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Developing content ideas and curating content.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of all influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Tracking campaign performance and generating reports.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience in the beauty & FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or TapInfluence).
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
