OLIVER, as part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join their team in Gurgaon, India. This role is pivotal in driving growth for Google Search in India through user-facing campaigns. The Senior Research Manager will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, leading product testing, and identifying actionable insights from data to inform overall marketing strategy.

Role Involves:

  • Owning and driving monthly metrics updates for Search and related products.
  • Leading measurement post marquee Search campaigns.
  • Driving research for understanding user needs with external vendors and research agencies.
  • Leading product testing and audits to identify hero use cases during key launches.
  • Identifying actionable insights from data to inform overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working on large-scale tech products.
  • Exposure to large-scale consumer apps is a must.
  • Problem-solving capability and analytical mindset.
  • Expertise in working with data, high comfort with SQL/R.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
