OLIVER, as part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join their team in Gurgaon, India. This role is pivotal in driving growth for Google Search in India through user-facing campaigns. The Senior Research Manager will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, leading product testing, and identifying actionable insights from data to inform overall marketing strategy.
Role Involves:
- Owning and driving monthly metrics updates for Search and related products.
- Leading measurement post marquee Search campaigns.
- Driving research for understanding user needs with external vendors and research agencies.
- Leading product testing and audits to identify hero use cases during key launches.
- Identifying actionable insights from data to inform overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working on large-scale tech products.
- Exposure to large-scale consumer apps is a must.
- Problem-solving capability and analytical mindset.
- Expertise in working with data, high comfort with SQL/R.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
