Senior Project Manager

Job Description

OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Manila, Philippines. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for running day-to-day operations onsite, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery of high-quality digital projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving multiple complex projects forward and the ability to bring in new business.Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day account needs autonomously.
• Ensure client contact proactively supports the team's performance.
• Ensure client expectations are well managed and realized.
• Monitor, guide, and coach team members for their professional growth and development.
• Drive quality control and develop robust rationales for work to be presented.
• Search for new business opportunities and always look to grow the team responsibilities.
• Create and monitor KPIs to ensure the timely delivery of key objectives.
• Demonstrate strategic understanding and insight into the client's brand and business priorities.
• Proactively manage finances, including audits, income changes, budgets, and resources.

Requirements:

• Excellent client engagement skills with 6 to 8 years of experience.
• Demonstrable account management experience and a proven track record of managing global clients and campaigns.
• The ability to effectively and proactively manage account finances and invoicing.
• Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the design studio output.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top-tier agency service.
