Job Description
Thumbtack is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join their Commercial Operations Performance team. This team serves as the operational hub for commercial operations, focusing on data tools, reporting, and strategic data support. The analyst will enhance processes and methodologies within the Commercial Operations teams, driving operational excellence.
Role involves:
- Developing and maintaining performance ETLs and dashboards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to analyze data and provide insights.
- Implementing technical solutions and process improvements.
- Managing data-driven initiatives.
- Supporting strategic decisions with data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Looker preferred).
- Experience with HR, App/Website Usage, and CRM data (Salesforce, Workday, and Genesys preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with project management tools like JIRA or Asana.
- Basic project management skills.
- Understanding of Service and Customer Service operations and KPIs.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience with compensation research and data analysis.
