Job Description

Via is seeking a Head of Product, Mobile to lead its mobile platform. This role reports to the CPO and has a global scope, focusing on managing the rider and driver mobile experiences. The primary goal is to create a best-in-class mobile system that drives exceptional interaction and end value for customers.Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single person’s daily commute to reducing humanity’s collective environmental footprint — Via’s got huge goals.What this role involves:

• Owning the vision and strategy for Via's next-generation mobile platform.
• Leading and scaling a high-performing mobile product team.
• Developing and executing a mobile roadmap that delivers seamless, intuitive experiences for both riders and drivers.
• Driving product innovation using data, user research, and bold thinking.
• Creating a flexible app strategy tailored to diverse market needs.
• Overseeing everything from the front-end UI to the back-end systems, including robust API integrations and third-party partnerships.
• Hands-on involvement in design, collaborating closely on UI/UX.

Requirements:

• An experienced and exceptional leader with a track record of inspiring teams and shipping standout mobile products.
• 10+ years of product management experience across both fast-moving startups and large tech companies.
• Proven track record of building mobile platforms at scale, used by millions.
• Strong expertise in UI development, full-stack systems, and API integration.
• User-focused, thriving on solving real-world problems through user-first thinking.
