Xometry is seeking a Program Manager, Operations to enhance operational efficiency and support growth in advanced manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry.He will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing complex, cross-functional operational programs.
• Collaborating with various teams to implement operational improvements.
• Developing and monitoring KPIs to track program success.
• Creating detailed project plans and managing budgets.
• Serving as a key liaison between stakeholders.
• Analyzing data to inform decision-making.
• Championing lean principles and operational best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
