Job Description
Harbor is seeking a Senior Analyst, Competitive Intelligence to join their expanding team. This role involves supporting colleagues and clients by uncovering information, analyzing findings, and producing research reports to meet strategic needs. The Senior Analyst will report to the Director of CI Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing competitor and market profiles.
  • Conducting business analysis and research (financial, strategic, competitive).
  • Synthesizing and contextualizing data.
  • Collaborating with clients.
  • Researching and editing daily market intelligence briefings.
  • Achieving operational targets within the CI team.

Requirements:
  • Two to five years of research or similar experience.
  • Strong reading, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Post-secondary degree in business, journalism, marketing, financial analysis, research, law, social sciences, psychology, or information sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of web-based content.
  • Ability to produce written reports and create presentations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort level with a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong initiative, innovative, and creative skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic collaboration and delegation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in English.
