Job Description
Stone is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an External Sales Consultant in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo. The consultant will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing a portfolio of active clients, and providing excellent customer service. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the client and the transformation of the payments industry to support Brazilian entrepreneurship.
Role Involves:
- Prospecting new clients in the assigned area.
- Managing a portfolio of active clients and providing post-sales support.
- Participating in daily team meetings to discuss plans, goals, and learning.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Completed high school education.
- Prior experience in external sales in the acquiring or financial services sector is desirable.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment and meet targets.
