Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their Natick Mall location. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves leading and inspiring a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering world-class customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team
• Delivering excellent customer experience and product demonstrations
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
