C6 Bank is seeking a Senior ESG Analyst to join its team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves promoting sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices, enhancing the bank's image as environmentally conscious and socially responsible. The Senior ESG Analyst will integrate these values into the bank's strategy and operations.Role involves:

• Serving as a technical reference in internal and external forums.
• Conducting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory and supporting decarbonization plans.
• Analyzing and managing sustainability indicators, ensuring alignment with financial sector frameworks and regulations.
• Supporting the structuring and management of sustainable finance, including green taxonomies.
• Aiding in the design and implementation of climate change and risk strategies.
• Managing environmental impact assessments for new projects.
• Leading environmental education initiatives.
• Collaborating with other bank areas to propose integrated ESG solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in ESG/Sustainability with emphasis on environment and environmental governance, preferably in the financial sector or specialized consultancies.
• Knowledge of climate change, climate risks, and GHG inventory preparation.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and metrics.
• Autonomous profile with critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
