Innovaccer is seeking an Apprentice - Talent Acquisition to join their People eXperience team. This role involves working closely with the talent acquisition team, reporting to the Manager-Talent Acquisition, and contributing to creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
The role involves:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Market mapping and building a strong talent network.
- Ensuring system adherence and compliance.
- Managing the selection process and candidate experience.
- Contributing to talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing from various channels.
- Experience in candidate assessment and management.
- Strong candidate interviewing skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
