Innovaccer is seeking an Apprentice - Talent Acquisition to join their People eXperience team. This role involves working closely with the talent acquisition team, reporting to the Manager-Talent Acquisition, and contributing to creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

The role involves:
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Market mapping and building a strong talent network.
  • Ensuring system adherence and compliance.
  • Managing the selection process and candidate experience.
  • Contributing to talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience in sourcing from various channels.
  • Experience in candidate assessment and management.
  • Strong candidate interviewing skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
