Delasport, a leading iGaming software provider, is seeking a Frontend Team Lead to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of frontend features. This role involves people management, code reviews, collaboration with other teams, and driving innovation.Delasport is an established company with over 500 experts across various business fields and several offices in Bulgaria (Sofia and Plovdiv), Ukraine, and Malta. • Supporting team members' growth and providing regular feedback.
• Reviewing pull requests and mentoring developers.
• Collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
• Breaking down tasks and ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Staying updated on frontend trends and optimizing workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading a frontend team or mentoring developers.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization and best practices.
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Rollup).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library, Playwright).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with micro frontend architecture.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and working with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
