Business Analyst

Job Description

E2open is seeking a Business Analyst to support and optimize internal systems, data models, and project delivery processes. This role is not client-facing but is critical to internal operations and tool governance. The Business Analyst will work within the Professional Services (PS) organization.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting internal project delivery initiatives.
• Designing and maintaining data models across internal systems.
• Translating operational needs into technical specifications.
• Managing design work and documentation for internal tools.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Supporting PSA tool operations.
• Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Delivering internal presentations and documentation.

Requirements include:

• 1-3 years of experience as a business and data analyst.
• PMP, Prince2, or IPMA certification or equivalent project delivery experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and VB coding.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for data modeling.
• Ability to independently own and structure design work.
• Confident presenter with an engaging personality.
• Creative problem-solver.
• Passionate about documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Enthusiasm for technology and continuous learning.
