impact.com is seeking a Junior Java Developer to join their GRAINE Squad in Cape Town. The Junior Java Developer will have the opportunity to fast-track their software development skills, becoming proficient in Java, Unit Testing, TDD, and Spring.

Role involves:

• Developing, testing, and maintaining software for the Platform
• Building unit, functional, and integration level tests
• Collaborating with a distributed team
• Reviewing business needs and technical specifications
• Writing and maintaining documentation
• Responding to alerts and fixing bugs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 0+ years' Java programming experience
• Passion for working in Java and solving problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Disciplined work ethic
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
