Job Description
ClinChoice is seeking a Quality Control Analyst for a hybrid role in Leiden, Netherlands, working directly with a leading pharmaceutical company until March 2026. This role offers the unique opportunity to work for a single sponsor while benefiting from the stability and career growth of a global CRO. The Quality Control Analyst will independently manage medium and high-quality compliance issues in the lab, maintain cGMP compliance and LEAN status, and act as a Subject Matter Authority during cGMP inspections and new product implementations.

Role Involves:
  • Deviation management and lead investigation for non-conformances.
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating lab documentation for New Product Introductions.
  • Providing technical support to the lab and cooperating with local/global customers.
  • Acting as a technical system owner for analytical equipment.
  • Leading and driving continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (HLO) or higher in Life Sciences, molecular biology, or comparable field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with microbiological techniques (bioburden, endotoxin, sterility) preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • GMP experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English, with Dutch language skills desirable.
