Outlier is seeking talented programmers to help train generative AI models. This is a freelance opportunity to assist in enhancing AI models through human feedback. The role involves working with innovative companies globally to improve their AI models. This remote position offers flexible hours.Outlier collaborates with organizations to train large linguistic AI models and assists advanced generative AI models in writing better code. Projects typically involve well-defined, highly varied problems that require interaction with these models as they learn to code.

• Creating and answering computer science questions to help train AI models.
• Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's or higher degree in computer science from a reputable institution.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, C++, Swift, Verilog.
• Ability to explain complex concepts fluently in Dutch.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
