Job Description

This role is for a Human Resources (HR) Officer responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management of caregivers. The HR Officer will be integrated into a regional recruitment team and report directly to the Operational Zone Manager. This role involves talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, onboarding of new hires, and ongoing support for active caregivers, including offboarding processes.

Role involves:

  • Sourcing talents using various methods.
  • Evaluating candidates through interviews and reference checks.
  • Creating administrative files for new hires.
  • Co-organizing onboarding sessions.
  • Conducting onboarding calls.
  • Making proactive calls to active caregivers.
  • Answering HR-related questions.
  • Promoting and supervising training actions.
  • Conducting collaboration review calls with departing caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in IT and digital tools.
  • Diploma in human resources, work psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management.
