Groupon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA to join their team in Prague. This role is crucial for Groupon's growth, focusing on the full recruitment lifecycle and attracting top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Role involves:

• Owning full-cycle recruiting, from role definition to offer.
• Mastering sourcing strategies to find active and passive talent.
• Interviewing and assessing candidates to identify those matching skills and Groupon values.
• Partnering strategically with hiring managers to advise on talent needs and best practices.
• Championing candidate experience to ensure a positive journey for every applicant.
• Leveraging data from Greenhouse (ATS) and metrics to drive improvements.
• Contributing to HR initiatives, including employer branding.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced level of English (written & spoken).
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, Sales, Marketing, and/or HR recruiting.
• Proactive approach and a desire to improve internal processes.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) & sourcing tools.
