Job Description

VTEX is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities for the VTEX sales team in the US. This role involves creating and implementing campaign strategies, measuring their success, and using industry knowledge to identify targets and messaging that drive results. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with marketing operations and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and effective follow-up strategies.

This position requires the candidate to work from the office four days a week (Monday to Thursday) and offers remote work on Fridays.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads that convert into opportunities.
  • Identifying optimal audiences and executing targeted campaigns across various channels.
  • Defining and implementing an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
  • Aligning with marketing and sales to ensure demand generation campaigns reflect business priorities.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign effectiveness, optimizing performance based on results.
