Job Description
RD Station is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, collaborating with product managers and designers, breaking down demands autonomously, prioritizing activities, and advocating for the best technical solutions. They will also focus on business and results, monitoring and impacting metrics such as MRR. Role involves:
- Delivering end-to-end solutions from requirement analysis to implementation and deployment.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Product Designers.
- Breaking down demands autonomously.
- Prioritizing activities with the team.
- Advocating for the best technical solutions.
- Focusing on business and results.
- Monitoring and impacting metrics like MRR.
Requirements:
- Experience with back-end development (predominantly) and ability to work on front-end as well.
- Ability to develop autonomously: analyze requirements, break them into tasks, implement, and deliver.
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to understand data, know if a feature is being used, and extract learnings.
- Commitment to technical quality and impactful delivery.
