Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join their Partner team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through the World Wide Technology (WWT) channel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical sales background and industry expertise.He/She will be responsible for:
- Designing and proposing solutions
- Conducting product demos
- Providing technical support to WWT
- Understanding channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems
- Aligning technical activities with revenue growth goals
- Understanding customer pain and creating M1 and M2 metrics
- Guiding prospects towards advantageous success criteria
Requirements for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or networking
- Experience working with channel partners, VARs, or distributors
- In-depth understanding of the company’s products and technology stack
- Ability to design and propose solutions for partners and customers
- Experience in conducting product demos and technical presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues during the sales process
