Job Description
Darktrace is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join their Partner team. This role is focused on supporting Optiv partners and driving revenue growth through them. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical sales background and industry expertise. He will be responsible for designing and proposing solutions, conducting product demos, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems.
  • Leveraging relationships with Optiv.
  • Aligning technical activities with revenue growth.
  • Understanding customer pain and creating metrics.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
  • Using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Maintaining familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools.
  • Maintaining proficiency with technical tools.
  • Maintaining strong competitor knowledge.
  • Contributing to wider technical initiatives.
  • Transferring knowledge to peers.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or networking.
  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, or distributors.
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s products and solutions.
  • Ability to design and propose solutions.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and technical presentations.
  • Understanding of systems integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
