Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join its Partner team. This role is based in the Western part of the United States and focuses on driving revenue growth through channel partners.Darktrace is looking for someone with a strong technical sales background and industry expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and proposing solutions, conducting product demos, and providing technical support to partners.Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems.
  • Aligning technical activities with revenue growth through the channel.
  • Understanding customer pain and guiding prospects towards success criteria.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
  • Using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage partner interactions.
  • Contributing to wider technical initiatives and mentoring peers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within a channel or partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or networking.
  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, or distributors.
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and technology stack.
  • Ability to design and propose solutions that meet partner and customer needs.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and technical presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist partners with technical issues.
